About being a TA Recruiter
Being a recruiter at Truckers America is much different than your typical recruiting firm. We are 100% vested in helping to get America back to work ONE driving at a time, and that means helping people. We understand that the success of our recruiters is directly correlated to not only the success of Truckers America, but also the success of all of the drivers that we are helping. Therefore, it would only make sense that we are also 100% vested in being as helpful as possible to all of our recruiters helping to get America back to work ONE driver at a time!
Contract recruiting isn't easy; and it doesn't always get the best reputation. On top of that, being 100% commission based doesn't exactly help and isn't necessarily for everyone.
